Overview of regular online sync-ups on specific topics

I thought it'd be useful to collect an overview of all regular sync-ups that are organized in the LLVM community.

Therefore, I started a list with all sync-ups that I'm aware of at the Getting Involved page at https://llvm.org/docs/GettingInvolved.html#online-sync-ups

I hope it helps:

- advertising the existing sync-ups a bit more, making them a bit more visible.

- making it a bit easier to start sync-ups on new topics, by having examples of existing sync-ups in a single place, and a place to advertise the new one.

I may have missed some regular meetups/sync-ups.

Please let me know if so and I'll add them; or add them yourself directly.
