Enabling strict aliasing warning

How do we enable strict aliasing violation warning in clang.

something like -fstrict-aliasing -Wstrict-aliasing=3 in gcc.

Could not find mention of above flags in clang

clang does not have it, I guess. Is there any plan to add it?
